Durand Cup is a unique tournament where the champion walks away with three trophies
THE PRESIDENT'S CUP
1956
In 1956 President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad presented this cup to the winner and hence the President’s Cup got instituted and is given to the winner each year.

THE DURAND CUP
1888
This trophy was instituted in 1888. However, it became a rolling trophy with effect from 1965.

THE SIMLA TROPHY
1903
The people of Simla loved the Durand Cup and the excitement it brought. In 1903, they came together to present a second rolling trophy to the tournament — a gesture of civic pride. This became known as the Simla Trophy, and it is still given away every year as part of the Durand Cup awards.
