About Indian Air Force FT
The Indian Air Force Football Team (IAFFT) is one of India’s most prominent institutional football clubs, representing the Indian Air Force in domestic football competitions. Established in 1950, the team was formed to promote football among Air Force personnel while encouraging physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork.
Over the years, the club has earned a strong reputation for its competitive performances in prestigious tournaments such as the Durand Cup, Delhi Premier League, and various Inter Services Football Championships. The Indian Air Force Football Team has also played a significant role in the development of Indian football by producing several talented players who have represented the Services and the Indian national team.
However the Indian Airforce Football Team is currently managed and coached by Master Warrant Officer Priya Darshan.
Priya Darshan is the head coach of the Indian Air Force Football Team (IAFFT). Under his leadership, the team has competed regularly in major domestic competitions such as the Durand Cup and the Delhi Premier League.
He is professionaly qualified in B.P.Ed(2007), M.P.Ed(2009-10) and also achieved AFC A Diploma.
