INDIAN NAVY FOOTBALL TEAM Indian Navy Football Team (INFT) was formed in the year 1956 with an aim to promote football and encourage the spirit of sportsmanship and espirit-de-corps among the personnel through participating in various national championships. The Indian Navy which predominantly known for its maritime prowess also provides its personnel with an excess to participate in the ISL/ I-League with an ambition to play for the National team. The INFT is presently based at Kochi, Kerala and is coached by Raman Rai as Head coach and Bhaskar Roy as team captain. Latest INFT achievements: 1. MFA (Mumbai Football Association) Corporate League 2023-24 – Runners Up. 2. 75TH Inter-Services Football Championship 2023-24 – Winners.
